Arrival: The self-contained accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged
Departure: Please be ready to leave the guest accommodation by 11am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged
Payment: The price is a room charge. We accept the following forms of payment – cash, cheque, bank transfer. Bank charges mean that we are currently unable to accept payment by debit or credit card
Cancellation and When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit to Insurance: secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us that is non- cancellable and non-transferable, except in exceptionable circumstances. You may still be liable to pay in full or in part for the booking, even if you are unable to make use of the room. Even where you have not paid in full at the time of the cancellation, you will remain liable for the full cost.
If you do need to cancel for some reason, it is important to tell us at the earliest opportunity so that we may attempt to re-let the room and minimise your loss. You may wish to take out cancellation insurance to protect you against possible loss.
Non-availability of We would only cancel your booking if your guest accommodation was accommodation: unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you for this holiday. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Damages and Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable breakages: for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send an invoice for repair or making good if the damage is significant
Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property
Babies: Babes in arms are welcome, but please note the accommodation is on the first floor and no stair gate or baby provisions are provided.
Wi-Fi: We offer unlimited wi-fi at no additional cost
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to guests, vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by our negligence
Privacy policy: Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer or on paper. We will not share your details with any third party.
